I thought that a day of delicious but unhealthy food and drinks on Saturday might ruin my week, but I guess it didn't! I've been working out a lot, and really feeling good.
I just might reach my goal of being under 200lbs by the end of the month!!! WOOHOO!!!
Great Job!!! 17 pounds in 7 weeks is a great accomplishment! I know you'll hit your goal by the end of the month.
