Week 15.5 Weigh In

Current Weight: 195.2 lbs


Weekly Loss: 0 lbs          Total Loss: 26.8 lbs

No loss, but I'm very happy with that!  I haven't been able to go to the gym for a few weeks due to my schedule(except for while I was in Baltimore), and the fact that I've been able to maintain my weight with my diet amazes me.  I really thought I'd gain since the gym has been alluding me.  


I'm more excited now to get back to the gym in a week.  I have a very good feeling that it will kick-start my weight-loss again, and I'm hoping for a good amount of loss during the spring.   I won't be able to weigh-in until the end of next week, week 17!
