Wendy's Fast Food Go To!

There are always times when you are running around all day and need to grab food quickly.  Most fast food options are disgustingly bad for you, but there are a few gems hidden here and there.


Today, we look at Wendy's!
My favorite is the chili from Wendy's.  A small chili has 210 calories, 6g fat, 21g carbs, 6g fiber, 17g protein and 880mg sodium.  Besides the sodium (which is about 38% of your daily recommended amount), it's not as bad as other things, and it will set you back only 4 Points+.  If you're really wanting more food, a large chili is still only 7 Points+.
