Hooray for a loss this week, but an even bigger hooray if I can manage to keep going in this direction! This past week I've been pretty busy with teaching a summer course and a million other things, which helped me not mindlessly eat, but it also prevented me from working out like I usually do. I have this week "off" for the most part, so hopefully my eating will remain in check while I get my butt off to the gym way more often.
I have started physical therapy again for my knee, so hopefully that will help me out with being able to push myself without having a knee the size of a basketball.
