Ataulfo Mangoes

These are simply delicious!  Ataulfo mangoes are a little smaller than your usual mangoes.  Their skin is a beautiful golden color.  They taste like a ripe mango, but they are less stringy and have a much smaller pit in the middle (which means more fruit!).  I've been eating these almost every night for dessert, they are just so good.   I found a tip saying to not store these in the refrigerator, so I've been keeping them on the counter.  You should be able to find these in your local grocery store.  If you like mangoes, try these out!
